This is how the process works.

2. Choose your lot and plan

3. You will discuss price and lock in allowances for the job.

4. We will then sign a contract to purchase for the home you designed

5. You will place $1,000 down for earnest money

6. \You will visit your personal bank and get an approval letter 

from the bank and provide it to legacy real estate

6. We then finance and start your new construction home and pending weather 

and supply chain your new home is normally built between 90 and 180 days 

from date of foundation completion.

7. Once completed we will close your home with your lender and its move in day!

* Legacy real estate only provides the financing for the construction loan. We do not provide long term permanent financing. we have no control over the terms with your lender. you and your lender will discuss terms, down payment and interest rates.
